Teaching
I am a qualified teacher and have worked as a primary school teacher in London since achieving QTS in 2020.
I have also taught undergraduate modules on metaphysics, philosophy of science, early modern philosophy and general philosophy at King's College London and the University of Leeds.
I am a PhD tutor with The Brilliant Club. I have taught a course called "what is fairness?" to students from year 5 and year 6, a course on personal identity to GCSE and A Level students, and a course entitled "is there an external world?" to students from year 7 and year 8. I am currently teaching a course entitled "Personhood and the Self: What makes you... 'you'?" to students from year 12.
I am a private tutor and I am registered with Dulwich Tutors. I specialise in teaching the following subjects:
- Primary curriculum subjects, including reading, writing and mathematics
- GCSE biology, chemistry and physics, including preparation for exams
- KS3 science
- Preparation for 7+ and 11+
I also have experience tutoring children with special educational needs and have an up-to-date enhanced DBS certificate.
